Because many Grapty products are freshly prepared and perishable we are unable to accept standard returns after delivery. This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be available.<\/p><h4>Food Product Returns<\/h4><p>For health hygiene and food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened used consumed or properly delivered food products. This includes prepared trays stuffed grape leaves fetteh desserts gift boxes and other fresh food items available through our ecommerce store.<\/p><h4>Damaged Or Incorrect Orders<\/h4><p>If your order arrives damaged spoiled leaking incomplete or different from what you ordered please contact Grapty as soon as possible. We recommend reporting any issue within 24 hours of delivery and providing clear photos of the product packaging and order condition. This helps us review the problem quickly and offer the most appropriate solution.<\/p><h4>Refunds And Replacements<\/h4><p>Once your request has been reviewed we may offer a replacement store credit or refund depending on the circumstances. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.
